Mardi Himal Trek – 10 Days Brief Insight

The Mardi Himal Trek is Nepal’s most popular trekking location. It’s brief and a little tough, but it’s also exhilarating. On the way to the base camp, there were fewer teahouses at the start of the hike. In 2012, the Nepalese government announced the opening of trekking in the Mardi Himal. Following that, more teahouses are accessible at the walking rest stops.

The Mardi Himal trek takes you to Nepal’s tropical side in a short amount of time. Across the valley of Himchuli, the Mardi Himal rises to the east of Modi Khola. This trek will take you to Nepal’s gorgeous western Annapurna region, where you will be able to hike along a lovely trekking track. On this hike, the Annapurna region’s scenery and glacial valleys are breathtakingly beautiful.

The Mardi Himal Trek begins in Kathmandu. On the first day, you will head to Pokhara from Kathmandu. Then, from Pokhara, you will head to Dhampus (1640m / 5,380ft) and trek to Deurali (2100m / 6,889ft).

From Deurali (2100m / 6,889ft), you will then head to Forest Camp (2600m / 8,530ft) and then to High Camp (3600m / 11,811ft) to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4,500m /14,763ft) and to Low Camp (3,050m / 10,006ft). Similarly, you will begin your trek from Low Camp (3,050m /10,006ft) to Jhinu Danda (1780m / 5,839ft) to Siwa/Ghandruk Phedi (1,150m/3,770ft) and drive to Pokhara (820m) via Nayapul (1050m). This is how your entire Mardi Himal Trek begins and ends.

The Mardi Himal trek is a challenging one. Trekking is a quick, easy, and faultless trip that you should take. The sight of little teahouses providing minimum amenities will enchant you. Antique Nepali Gurung and Magar civilizations will also be on display as beautifully set lush forests, rocky terrain, and graceful situations. The Mardi Himal Trek is ideal for a brief holiday.
