Arrival, Welcome, and World Heritage Sightseeing Tour
Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, a representative from our team will greet you with a traditional Khada scarf or a marigold garland. You will then be escorted to your hotel in a private vehicle.
On the following day, you’ll embark on a guided tour of Kathmandu’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including:

Pashupatinath Temple: A sacred Hindu pilgrimage site.

Boudhanath Stupa: One of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world.

Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple): A historical hilltop stupa with panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley.

Kathmandu Durbar Square: A showcase of Nepal’s ancient architecture and culture.
After the sightseeing tour, you’ll prepare for the trek with a briefing from your guide, who will provide essential information and double-check your gear.
Accommodation During the Trek
You’ll stay for 12 nights in lodges or guesthouses during the trek. Accommodations include:

Private bathrooms in Lukla, Phakding, and Namche Bazaar.

Standard accommodations without private bathrooms in Tengboche, Dingboche, Lobuche, Gorakshep, and Pheriche.
Most lodges provide electricity, Wi-Fi, and hot showers, but some charge extra for these amenities.
Note: This package does not cover hotel stays or meals in Kathmandu before or after the trek. Plan to spend at least 3 nights in Kathmandu, including one night after your return from Lukla.
Meals Provided on the Trek
The package includes 14 breakfasts, 13 lunches, and 14 dinners during the trek. Meals typically consist of:

Nepali staples like dal bhat (lentils, rice, and vegetables).

Tibetan dishes such as thukpa and momos.

Western options like pancakes, pasta, and sandwiches.
We advise consuming energy-dense foods and hydrating with drinks like ginger tea, green tea, or garlic soup. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy foods to help with acclimatization.
Note: Beverages such as tea, coffee, and soft drinks are not included and will incur additional charges.
Luggage and Porter Service
A porter is provided for every two trekkers, carrying a maximum of 18 kg. Your luggage should not exceed 9 kg per person.
We recommend sharing a 60-liter duffle bag with your trekking partner. Extra luggage can be safely stored at your hotel or in our storage facility in Kathmandu.
Facilities and Essentials

Water: Refillable water bottles are encouraged to minimize plastic waste. Boiled or filtered water is available along the trail, and water purification tablets can be provided upon request.

Communication: Purchase a local SIM card in Kathmandu for mobile connectivity. Phone signals may be weak in high-altitude areas, but our guides stay in contact with the office for emergencies.
Important Travel Information

Visa: A 30-day tourist visa costs approximately USD 50 and can be obtained on arrival at Kathmandu airport. Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months and bring two passport-sized photos.

Travel Insurance: Insurance covering emergency helicopter evacuation up to 5,500 meters is mandatory. Verify your policy with your provider before your trip.

Currency Exchange: Exchange foreign currencies like USD, GBP, or EUR in Kathmandu. ATMs are available, but withdrawal fees may apply.

This 15-day package is moderately challenging, with daily trekking hours ranging from 5 to 7 hours. Our itinerary includes acclimatization days in Namche Bazaar and Dingboche to help your body adjust to high altitudes.
Our guides are experienced in managing altitude sickness. Stay hydrated, walk at your own pace, and follow their advice to ensure a safe and enjoyable trek.
Typical Day on the Everest Base Camp Trek
Your daily schedule includes:

Morning Trek: After breakfast (7–8 AM), trek for 3–4 hours.

Lunch Break: Rest and enjoy a meal around noon.

Afternoon Trek: Continue for another 2–3 hours to your next lodge.

Evening Activities: Relax, enjoy dinner, and receive a briefing for the next day. Free time may include playing board games, reading, or stargazing.
Farewell Dinner and Departure
Upon completing your trek, you’ll return to Kathmandu, where we will host a farewell dinner to celebrate your accomplishment. A trek completion certificate will also be provided.
On your departure day, we’ll arrange a private vehicle transfer to the airport. Please share your flight details to ensure a smooth departure.
